I don't have a username or password, how do I get one?

In order to participate in the online test, you must register with the NJATC.

Can I get a refund?

All fees for the Tech Math Course are non-refundable.

I didn't finished the test and I lost my Internet connection. Can I still complete the test?

YES.

Log in again from the beginning, the test will automatically resume at the point where your connection to the Internet was lost. 

Your login information will be valid until you complete the test in its entirety.

Is there a time limit on the test?

There is no time limit, but the amount of time you spend on each question will be recorded and shown on the final grade sheet. If you must leave the computer at any time during the test, be aware that some browsers timeout in 5 minutes and this may cause your final exam to terminate. Please keep this in mind when taking breaks, talking on the phone, etc.

Can I use a calculator?

Yes. A TI-30X IIS scientific calculator is provided along with the textbook for the course.

You may also use the calculator app on your computer. When you open the calculator app on your computer, change it to scientific calculator in the options.

How do I get my test results?

You will receive your results at the completion of the final exam.

If you have completed the Webmath version of the Tech Math course, you will receive an email within 7-10 business days including your certificate of completion. To view and print the certificate, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader.

How do I receive completion notification?

Replace with: If you have completed the Webmath version of the Tech Math course, you will receive an email within 7-10 business days including your certificate of completion. To view and print the certificate, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If you have completed the Canvas version of the Tech Math course, your certificate will be accessible to view and print through your dashboard.
